"Only the weak are cruel.
Gentleness can only be expected
Gentleness can only be expected
from the strong."
Leo Buscaglia
That which cannot be defeated by force, subdued, or overthrown. From the Latin "inexpugnabilis" meaning that which cannot be taken by the storm.

I was getting ready to blast this quote, but then I got it.
Still, if you have friends who are quite obviously weak, this quote could be taken the wrong way.
I think I'd phrase it:
Where you find cruelty, you have found the cowardly and weak-natured.
Thank you so much Dan. Beleive it or not, I really don't post anything looking for a fight...I just post what inspires me in the hope that it will bless someone else as well.
I understand where you're coming from, Dan. I think "weak" must be qualified in the minds of the readers of this quote to mean weak-minded, weak-natured, weak-willed, etc. For instance, in our invation and occupation of Iraq we (the USA) show our weakness. Imagine the strength it would have taken to follow the high path and seek peace rather than war. It is, in fact, the meek (not the weak) who will inherit the earth.
Peace,
Mike

YES!!! That is exactly what I was thinking about!
Now that is truly deep!
